Founder & Owner
Born in Spain in 1993, Óscar Torres Fernández started cycling at age 9. His fascination with bike mechanics led him to repair bikes and eventually discover his true calling: building high-quality bicycle wheels.
After gaining extensive professional experience with world-leading brands such as Enve Composites, PowerTap Saris and FFWD Wheels, he moved to the Netherlands to turn his dream into reality.
In Zwolle he founded European Wheel Manufacturing, a company dedicated to premium hand-built wheels, technical service and quality distribution across Europe.
